West 5th Coach House

In what was once the back yard of the primary home on the property, we constructed a new heritage-styled “coach house.”  This smaller custom home, designed by Formwerks Architectural Inc., reflects the style of the existing home and provides a high quality and interesting alternative to a traditional triplex.  The lot was subsequently stratified, and the home was sold on the open market.
